By using CENATRON.com you agree to the following general terms and conditions. Always contact CENATRON.com and inform us about any complaint/question before taking legal action. CENATRON.com does not accept any shipments or parcels without our written consent.

2 – PAYMENT AND SURCHARGES
CENATRON.com will only accept orders made through the ordering system on CENATRON.com. Upon placement of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Your order represents an offer of purchase with CENATRON.com. CENATRON.com will accept this offer upon receiving payment. Any products not confirmed in the original order confirmation, will not be part of the contract. For more information concerning the order process, please visit our help page.
Payments can be made through PayPal, IDEAL or credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa). All prices are in the mentioned currencies and include 19% VAT.
CENATRON.com has the right to change prices at any moment.
Despite our best efforts to keep this website up-to-date, it is possible that there are errors. If this is the case, you will be informed before shipment. Shipping and handling are not included in the mentioned price. For more information concerning the payment process, please visit our help page.
For international shipments from CENATRON.com you will have to pay entering fees, which will be recouped from you when the shipment reaches its destination.
CENATRON.com cannot influence these surcharges. For more information concerning entering fees, please contact your customs office. When ordering with CENATRON.com, you are importing goods and are therefore responsible for accepting these fees which may vary from country to country.
3 – LIABILITY
CENATRON.com’s liability for negligence will be limited to the value of the individual transaction. CENATRON.com is not responsible for any indirect damages, or damages resulting from loss, despite any indication of probability of loss.
4 – RETURNS & EXCHANGING
The seller is responsible for assuring the correct handling of a shipment, including the packaging and the shipping of an order. If anything were to go wrong, this will be handled directly with the customer. The terms and conditions of the seller are applicable.
All items, on condition that they have been authorized for return, must be returned to CENATRON.com with proof of purchase within 7 days from The Netherlands or the European Union (21 days for international orders, outside of EU). CENATRON.com cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to returned items when shipped by the customer. It is recommended to use a certified carrier with a tracking system. Please contact CENATRON.com before taking legal action, so that CENATRON.com is informed of your complaint or question. CENATRON.com does not accept any shipments without prior written consent.
All items will go through a quality check before being shipped. CENATRON.com will only credit or exchange goods with proof of damage during shipping.
If a customer is entitled to an exchange, and CENATRON.com agrees to the exchange, a product of similar value and quality will be shipped. If the item is not in stock, a full reimbursement of the purchase price may be considered. Please note that CENATRON.com will only reimburse the value of the product in the original transaction and not the shipping and handling costs nor any possible entering fees. The customer is responsible for the packaging and shipping costs for returning the goods, as well as for the costs to receive the replacement item. CENATRON.com will not take any action until these costs have been paid by the customer.
Returns for any other reason than stated above will only be accepted by CENATRON.com, if the customer has contacted CENATRON.com first with a clear reason for the return (i.e. wrong color). Return shipments not confirmed by CENATRON.com will not be accepted. If a return shipment is accepted, CENATRON.com will reimburse the purchase price.
No return policy for reduced articles.
5 – SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TIME
Shipments for registered PayPal customers will only be sent to the address registered with PayPal. The buyer is responsible for the completeness of the data supplied to PayPal.
Goods will be shipped by CENATRON.com. All shipments are insured worldwide.
CENATRON.com ensures handling of your order within 1 or 2 working days, starting from the moment the purchase contract becomes binding. You will be informed on the status of your order upon receiving your payment in its entirety and again upon shipment of your goods.
Shipment and delivery times depend on the chosen carrier. CENATRON.com does not guarantee delivery times, but handles the following delivery times as a guide line:
BENELUX (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg) – TNT Express / Within 1-2 working days
EUROPE – FEDEX EPS Priority / Within 3-5 working days
WORLD – FEDEX GlobalPack Priority / Within 3-5 working days
All shipments are insured up to a maximum value of 500 Euro.
If your shipment does not arrive within 45 working days, CENATRON.com will take the necessary actions to trace your shipment. If the shipment turns out to be missing, CENATRON.com will gladly arrange a replacement article. CENATRON.com is not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our contractual obligations described in our terms and conditions, provided that this is caused by circumstances out of our control.
6 – RIGHT TO CHANGE
CENATRON.com fully commits to keeping the information on the website accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any errors in the contents of the website. CENATRON.com has the right to recall parts of or entire conditions and/or contracts based on any error or incompleteness.
7 – COPYRIGHTS
CENATRON.com owns all designs, trademarks and content on the website. No part of the website or its content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, duplicated, altered, distributed, sold, shown, exploited or sent without written consent of CENATRON.com. All content including text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, audio files, digital downloads, data and software remains property of CENATRON.com and is subject to Dutch and international copyright laws. All trademarks, logos, images, product and brand names and products on the website remain property of their respective owners, including CENATRON.com.
Damaging or misuse of this website is not allowed. You agree to being responsible for any electronic communication you send to CENATRON.com. It is not allowed to use (parts of) our website for personal goals without the consent of CENATRON.com. Any violations of this condition will result in criminal prosecution.
All information provided to CENATRON.com including your e-mail address, shipping address and credit card information is private and confidential. CENATRON.com does not sell, rent or supply any information to a third party without your consent.
